EDUARDO BLEND

Tasting notes:  chocolatey body, bright acidity, soft blueberry notes

Our signature house blend, Eduardo  is a full bodied coffee with great acidity, easy drinking with notes of blueberry and stone fruit.  This three bean blend combines the best from Colombia, Brazil and Rwanda to create a cup which is excellent as a milk based coffee, and equally fantastic as a long black.  But don’t just take our word for it –  the critics think so too  - our Eduardo blend took out a bronze medal at this year’s Melbourne International Coffee Expo!

AU NATUREL ORGANIC

Region: El Salvador, Ethiopia and Guatemala

Tasting Notes:  spice, citrus, sweet fruit and floral notes

Our delicious organic blend consists of a good balance of spice, citrus, sweet fruit and floral notes.  This is a full bodied coffee which is delicious when enjoyed in milk based brews.

COLOMBIA PITALITO

Region: Colombia

Tasting notes:  chocolate and caramel with a toffee sweetness

This is a great high quality bean with good body and acidity . Notes of dark chocolate and caramel produce a great all rounder. The Colombia Pitaliito has become very popular with its strong, smooth sweet caramelly taste.  It is roasted a little darker which really brings out the strong coffee flavour, whilst remaining smooth and well rounded.

KENYA FORTUNA

Region: Kenya

Tasting notes:  Hints of toffee with chocolate, berries and hints of apple

Kenya produces some great coffee and this is one of them.  With deep berries , apple and typically “Kenyan” floral notes, we enjoyed a toffee sweetness with citric acidity.  This coffee is viscous and well rounded. Really delicious  as a double ristretto in a milk based coffee but equally enjoyable as an espresso or long black.

SIESTA DECAFFINATED

Region:  Colombia

Tasting notes:  Medium body with smooth finish and notes of cocoa and toasted nuts.

This bean has undergone the Swiss water process to remove all the caffine.  But don’t be fooled! Itt still produces a smooth, deep and aromatic flavour which can be enjoyed with or without milk.  Our decaffinated gives you all the punch without the caffine hit!
